Each person has a unique preference and habits for how they like to behave.  An understanding of this style is crucial when working with team members, as a leader or manager, or in an environment which requires conflict resolution.  The “DISC Index” offers an understanding and measurment of a person’s natural and adaptive behavioral styles. 

By understanding HOW you prefer to behave, you are able to better align your environment and better focus on work that ensures more meaning and success while producing less stress.  The DISC Index can be used in a variety of situations including leadership development, selection and hiring, team development, communications improvement and success planning.
