Bill Spreitzer Graduates from Coaching Academy

On November 6, 2008 Bill Spreitzer graduated from the Resource Associates Corporation Coaching Academy.  The Coaching Academy is an 8 week training program which incorporates learning and practical application of coaching techniques.  A written and oral examination are required for graduation.  Coaching is the practice of helping a client reveal and release potential through the process of dynamic inquiry.  It helps clients develop and take the right action for them based upon revealing previously hidden blind spots.
