Gaining Favorable Attention

One of the first steps in the sales process is to gain favorable attention.  With existing customers this entails all of the things you do to stay in touch with them, even if they haven’t purchased from you recently.  The idea here is to keep your brand and products/services top of mind with your customers.

There are many ways to stay top of mind with your prospects and customers.  What are some of the ways you do this?

People buy from people they like and trust. Gaining favorable attention is the crucial first step in achieving the all important connection with prospective customers.
